NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-000333-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Vantage Point Condominium Owners' Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Michael Theordore Cockrell and Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 12, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 924, VANTAGE POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 15234, Page 601, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
