NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11003992CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, FIFTH THIRD BANK is Plaintiff and MARCUS PAULA, SEA ROCKET MOTEL, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 9, SEA ROCKET, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 120, PAGES 52 THROUGH 56 AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 10204, PAGE 1284, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED 1/30TH INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
