Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, and the Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property served on the above-named person on or about September 17, 2012, MHC Whispering Pines Largo, L.L.C., the owner of Whispering Pines, will sell the following described property:
1974 VILL mobile home bearing vehicle identification number F3543 and all the property contained therein (the “Property”).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash (or cashier's check), at 7501 142nd Avenue North, Largo, Florida 33771 at 10:30 a.m. on October 5, 2012, which date is at least ten days from the first publication of this notice, and at least five days from the last publication of this notice.
The absolute minimum bid shall be the costs of storage, advertising, and sale, though the minimum may be adjusted by Whispering Pines as appropriate.
All prospective purchasers of the Property must submit to background screening and be approved in advance by Whispering Pines.
