Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-12969-CI-015, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and BRENDA EDWARDS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, St. Pete Division. will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 10, Block 12 of WASHINGTON TERRACE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page(s) 98 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on 31st day of October, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
