Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-176-CO-039, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 222, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE MANOR PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 74 THROUGH 79 AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 29 THROUGH 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 21, 1986, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6190, PAGES 2029 THROUGH 2116, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6215, PAGE 1025, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on October 16, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
