NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 18, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-003063 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Melissa Barany a/k/a Melissa Belany a/k/a Melissa Medina are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, OF O.A. BEEVER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
