NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-011670 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Sarah R. Gray, Personal Representative of The Estate of Burke Albert Gray a/k/a Burke A. Gray, Deceased and Kadie Elizabeth Griffin and Tiana Cook, Guardian of Cody Michael Walker, a Minor and Cody Michael Walker, a Minor are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 14, BLOCK A, TRANQUIL PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
