NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31st day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-018495, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MARCUS B. WYNNE; BORDEAUX VILLAGE ASSOCIATION NO 3, INC; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES OF THE WYNNE FAMILY 13602 FRIGATE COURT, CLEARWATER TRUST; WYNNE EIGHT, LLC AS TRUSTEE OF THE WYNNE FAMILY 13602 FRIGATE COURT, CLEARWATER TRUST, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; ANDRA WYNNE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SYLVIA M AMEEN A/K.A FYLVIA M SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of October, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

OF BORDEAUX VILLAGE CONDOMINIU, NO 3, (PHASE II,) A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIU, PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 113 ET SEQ., AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN ORB 5196, PAGER 1485 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENEMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TI,E MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
