NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 001218, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's Public Auction website, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4195, MIRROW LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1156, PAGE(S) 198, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE(S) 72 THROUGH 76, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
