Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment entered 9/10/12 in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 203, Week 35, SMUGGLER'S COVE BEACH RESORT, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1028, Page 828 and as Amended thereto, according to Condominium Plat Book 13, Page 52, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements as described in said Declaration, appurtenant thereto, all in accordance and subject, however, to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of SMUGGLER'S COVE BEACH RESORT.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Manatee County Judicial Center, Clerk/Cashier - Room 2700 - 2nd Floor, 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, at 11:00 a.m. on 10/16, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
