NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2012, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, Carl E. Loeffler, Mercedes V. Loeffler, Carl E. Loeffler, As Trustee of the Carl E. Loeffler Revocable Living Trust Dated August 21, 2001 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of October, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:
PARCEL 1:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, EASTOVER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL 2:
LOT 8, BLOCK B, SHARP AND TURNER'S ADDITION TO BRADENTOWN, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 296, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL 3:
THE WEST 50 FEET OF THE NORTH 120 FEET OF LOT 59, LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET FOR STREET;
AND THE EAST 25 FEET OF THE NORTH 120 FEET OF LOT 60, LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET FOR STREET;, REVISED PLAT OF AIRPORT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH ALL LEASES, RENTS, ISSUES AND PROFITS ARISING FROM THE PROPERTY.
(herein the “Premises”); together with all of the leases, rents, issues and profits arising from the Premises; including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
