NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 31, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 41 2009 CA 004380 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARCIO S LEITE and VALGO ASSOCIATION II, INC. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of October, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 276, PHASE XI, VALENCIA GARDEN CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 897, PAGE 1430 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM 8, PAGES 70, 71 AND 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
