NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2009 CA 005395, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and JOSE A. MARTINEZ A/K/A JOSE ALBERT MARTINEZ; FAUSTINE MARTINEZ; VINTAGE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of October, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66, VINTAGE CREEK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 95 THROUGH 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 7994 MONTICELLO LANE, SARASOTA, FL 34243.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
