Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 12, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 27, CEDARS EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1279, PAGE 1906, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 24, PAGES 88 AND 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 528 FOREST WAY, LONGBOAT KEY, FL 34228; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 15, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
