NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41 2011 CA 007598 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, ANA ALVAREZ, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 31st day of October 2012, the following described property:
LOT 45, LAMP POST PLACE, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33 AT PAGES 149 THROUGH 151, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
