CUDDY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 17th day of October 2012, the following described property:

K-5, BUILDING “K”, THE SECOND BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 16, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 431 AT PAGE 489, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2 AT PAGE 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
