NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 17th day of October, 2012, in Civil Action No. 2011 CA 002257, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which IBERIABANK is the Plaintiff, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. www.manatee.realforeclose.com.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of October, 2012 the following real property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Apartment H-8, Building H, Cortez Plaza Apartment “H”, n/k/a Central Cortez Plaza, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 470, Page 2, and amendments thereto including amendment to create the Declaration of Condominium of Central Cortez Plaza in Official Records Book 1447, pages 6624 through 6786, and amendments thereto, as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 2, Page 36 and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
