NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated August 31, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41 2007 CA 003970 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA D/B/A COMMONWEALTH UNITED MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and Helen Hutchings; Unknown Spouse of Helen Hutchings, if any; David Hutchings; Marlene Hutchings; Current Tenant(s); and Creekwood Master Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 24, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 85, CREEKWOOD, PHASE TWO, SUBPHASE A & B, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
