NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on September 18, 2012, in case number 2012-CA-2440, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Iberiabank, a Louisiana State Chartered Bank, is the Plaintiff and Robert E. Prine, Sr., Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 18th day of October, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., the following described property in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Palma Sola Pines, a Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 23, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
