Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated September 18, 2012, in 2012-CC-799 of the County Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which HARRISON RANCH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is plaintiff and JENIFER BISCEGLIA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENIFER BISCEGLIA & UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION, are the defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on November 20, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
LOT 90, of Harrison Ranch Phase 1B, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pg(s) 161- 204, inclusive of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
