LOT 24, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, PHASE 6A & 6B, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 7 THROUGH 14, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
