YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to quiet title on the following real described property in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4793, BUILDING 4794, SOUTH VENICE UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Alexander Scott Dennison, Esquire, Florida Defense Law, P.A. 1227 Second Street, Sarasota, Florida, 34236, on or before thirty (30) days from Date of First Publication of this Notice and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
