Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2012 and Order Granting Motion for Order Re-Scheduling Foreclosure Sale, each entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004275 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ASPEN WOOD WEST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GORDANA VISACKI a/k/a DONNA VISACKI, MICHAEL VISACKI, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., and a Delaware Corporation, WILMINGTON FINANCE, INC., A Delaware Corporation, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 11th day of October, 2012, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
