NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010204 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP , Plaintiff, and, MACIEJ ZAREMBA, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com at the hour of 9:00 AM on the 7th day of December 2012, the following described property:
LOT 37, SARASOTA SPRINGS UNIT 1, SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8 AT PAGE 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
