NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 10, 2012 , entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2011-CA-008665 NC, Division: A of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P., is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY REICH; JILLIAN WATERHOUSE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY REICH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JILLIAN WATERHOUSE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
