NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated September 7, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 013866 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein National City Bank successor by merger to Harbor Federal Savings Bank , is the Plaintiff and Lucia Catalano and Stephen Catalano, A/K/A Steve Catalano, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 12, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Parcel 1: Lot 17, Block 1617, Thirty-Third Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 17 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Parcel 2: Lot 17, Block 1563, Thirty-Second Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 16 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
