NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated September 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-002055 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, is the Plaintiff and Mary M. N'doye; Unknown Spouse of Mary M. N'Doye, (Refuse Name); John Doe, N/K/A Daniel Postlethwait; and Jane Doe, N/K/A Feneshia Postlethwait, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 10, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32, Block 1686, Thirty-Third Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 17, 17A through 17N, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
