NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 002561 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH GARY RUBY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR CENTURY BANK, F.S.B; KRISTEN ROCKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTEN ROCKS; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 23, BLOCK F, LIDO C, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 3 AND 3A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE S.9Ëš47'W ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 190.3 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 22, ALONG A CURVE TO THE RIGHT WITH A RADIUS OF 249.37 FEET ALONG A CHORD WHICH BEARS S.12Ëš39' W., A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET; THENCE N.68Ëš 26'W., 113.29 FEET MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 23, SAID POINT BEING LOCATED 26.5 FEET NORTHERLY FROM THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 23; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 23, ALONG A CURVE TO THE RIGHT WITH A RADIUS OF 237.94 FEET, THE CHORD OF WHICH BEARS N. 33Ëš53' E., A DISTANCE OF 85.9 FEET TO THE END OF SAID CURVE; THENCE CONTINUE N, 44Ëš18' E., ALONG SAID LOT LINE, A DISTANCE OF 137.2 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING A PART OF LOTS 22 AND 23 BLOCK F, OF SAID LIDO C, ALL LYING, BEING AND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
