NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2012, entered in Case No. 2011 CA 007897 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Amy L. Nye; Paul F. Nye a/k/a Paul Nye; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Amnet Mortgage Inc., DBA American Mortgage Network of Florida are the Defendants, that The clerk of courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 17 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK F, CLARK MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
