NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 10th day of October 2012, at 9:00am www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 368 less the Westerly 528.16 feet thereof; Lot 369, less the Northerly 129.0 feet of the Westerly 675.36 feet thereof, and the East one-half of Lot 370, ENGLEWOOD GARDENS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 28 and 28A, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, Subject to an easement to use a 50 by 147.20 foot parcel for yard and drain field purpose adjacent to the existing house of Lot 369, Englewood Gardens, so long as said house continues to exist, said parcel described as the South 50 feet of the West 675.36 feet of Lot 368, ENGLEWOOD GARDENS, as per Plat Book 4, Pages 28 and 28A, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, less the Westerly 528.16 feet thereof, Sarasota County Records.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
