NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-006670-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMC SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC F/K/A WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JENNIE BLACKWELL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIE BLACKWELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
