NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Count III of the Complaint” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as described in the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on Friday, October 19, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.

Lots 9 and 10, Sarasota Industrial Park, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 8 and 8A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, LESS the following part of said Lot 10, beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 10 at the Westerly Right-of-Way line of Shade Avenue (50' wide Right-of-Way);Thence South 89 degrees 11'33” West along the Southerly line of said Lot 10, 87.81 feet; Thence North 35 degrees 43'10” East through said Lot 10, 149.56 feet to the most Northeasterly comer of said Lot 10 at said Westerly Right-of-Way line; Thence South 00 degrees 13'52” East along the Easterly line of said Lot 10 at said Westerly Right-of-Way line, 120.19 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
