NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009373 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein MSF TRUST I is the Plaintiff and EILEEN M. WAHL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EILEEN M. WAHL, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 5, 2012 at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 16, PAVER PARK ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 42, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN IT'S DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
