LOT 10, BLOCK 8 CARROLLWOOD SPRINGS UNIT III ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55 PAGE 72 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE IMPROVEMENTS THERON BEING COMMONLY KNOWN AS 15145 SPRINGVIEW STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33624.
BEING THE SAME LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND WHICH BY DEED DATED AUGUST 31, 1984 AND RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY IN BOOK 4411 PAGE 1482, WAS GRANTED AND CONVEYED BY GENERAL HOME-FLORIDA, INC., A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, UNTO RICHARD W. GALLAGHER AND CONNIE M. GALLAGHER, HIS WIFE.
