NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Westchase Community Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 6th day of September, 2012, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 12, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 10, Block 4, WESTCHASE SECTION 117, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 13 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 10613 Chambers Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
