Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated August 22, 2012 in Case No. 10-012897 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is Plaintiff and Alan Felker, Mazelco, Inc., Remnant Youth Ministries, Inc. d/b/a House of Hope Tampa Bay, Physician Management Associates, LLc, and Physician Management Associates of Tampa Bay, Inc., are Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 9, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:

The South 515 feet of the North 805 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, West of Gunn Highway, all in Section 26, Township 27 Soth, Range 17 East, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with:
(ii) all buildings and improvements now or hereafter erected on the Land; (iii) all fixtures attached to the Land or any buildings or improvements situated thereon; and (iv) all estates, rights, tenements, hereditaments, privileges, rents, issues, profits, easements, and appurtenances of any kind benefiting the Land; all means of access to and from the Land, whether public or private; and all water and mineral rights.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
