WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-RFC1, ASSET- BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and STEPHANIE R. THOMAS-MCFARLANE A/K/A STEPHANIE R. THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE R. THOMAS-MCFARLANE A/K/A STEPHANIE R. THOMAS; TREVOR D. MCFARLANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TREVOR D. MCFARLANE; FMF CAPITAL LLC; SOUTH BAY LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC; TAMPA POSTAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; GROW FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; FLORIDA ACQUISITION ASSOCIATION, INC.; GULFSIDE SUPPLY, INC.; CHANCELLOR'S LEARNING SYSTEM, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DOUGLAS CLIFFORD HARDY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 8 SOUTH BAY LAKES - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
