NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-017169, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and DANIEL MONTANO; SIXTA LOPEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19 BLOCK 3 OF FIRST ADDITION TO MARJORY B. HAMNER'S RENMAH ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 126 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
