NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-024007-J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH W. CARTER, JR., a married man, USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 26th day of October, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31, Block C of BOYETTE CREEK PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page(s) 31, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
