NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2012 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-014421-M, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LEVISHA M. DOTSON, THOMAS E. DOTSON, JR. and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 2, 2012, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block I, Boyette Creek, Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in O.R. Book 97, Pages 3 through 10, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
