NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 22, 2012 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-019561 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and SHAHNAZ A. MOHAMMAD, KOKAB ARSHAD, ANWAR MOHAMMAD, ANEEL A. MOHAMMAD, Hidden Oaks at Temple Terrace Homeowners' Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and the Unknown Tenants in Possession, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of October, 2012 at 02:00 PM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK D, OF HIDDEN OAKS AT TEMPLE TERRACE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
