NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2012, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-016864 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Matthew Israel; Saxon Mortgage Services, LLC; Unknown Spouse of Mario M, Quiroz a/k/a Mario Quiroz; Unknown Souse of Matthew Israel; John Doe; Jane Doe as Unknown Tenant (s) in Possession of Subject Property are the Defendants, that the clerk of courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Room 201/202, George Edgecomb Building, 2d floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 02 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, TAMPA GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
