NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 20, 2012 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-014733, SECTION F, RF of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DAISY MANJARRES and the Unknown Tenants in Possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8TH day of October, 2012 at 02:00 PM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 2, Northdale Section K, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 14, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
