Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2012 in Case No. 10-004908/K, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsbourogh County, Florida, in which Columbus Drive, LLC; Azaria Management Group, LLC; Steven R. Jensen, as Trustee of the Moon Lake Revocable Trust; Rita Jensen, as Trustee of the Moon Lake Revocable Trust, Superior Properties of Pasco, Inc. and U.S. Small Business Administration are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on October 12, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:

A tract beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 16 of MICHIGAN AND BROADWAY SUBDIVISION, as per map of plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, at Page 17, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and run thence East along the North line of said Lot 16 and Lot 15 of said subdivision, 2360 feet; thence South, parallel with the West boundary of said subdivision, to the North line of the present right of way of Columbus Drive, a distance of approximately 515 feet, thence West along the North right of way line of Columbus Drive, 236.0 feet to the West line of said MICHIGAN AND BROADWAY SUBDIVISION; thence North to the point of beginning, being all of Lots 6, 7 and 16 to 30 inclusive, a portion of Lots 5 and 8 to 15 inclusive, of MICHIGAN AND BROADWAY SUBDIVISION, and a portion of Columbus Drive and Center Street now closed.
