NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-003873 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC. is the Plaintiff and CORY A. SHAFFER, NOW A MARRIED MAN; RACHEL VIGIL, HIS WIFE; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC. are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash ,on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 42 FEET OF LOT 14 AND THE SOUTH 24 FEET OF LOT 15 IN BLOCK 21 OF TAMPA'S NORTH SIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA, UNIT#3, FOREST HILLS, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27 ON PAGE 51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
