and commonly known as: 943 CIMMERON DR W, TAMPA, FL 33603; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on October 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
