NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2012, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-017382 Div B of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Benefit of Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA3 is the Plaintiff and Orlando Rondon; Maria Rondon; Kingway Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 3, KINGSWAY PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
