REAMS A/K/A SCOTT REAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT M. REAMS A/K/A SCOTT REAMS N.K.A KATHY REAMS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS ADMINISTRATOR FOR HOMEBANC SYNDICATE LENDERS; PHILIP S. WARTENBERG; AMY G. REAMS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 36 OF REVISED PLAT OF MARYLAND MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
