NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-005017 DIV.K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W4, is the Plaintiff and JUPIRACU DA SILVA; MONICA DA SILVA; ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 50, EAST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
