NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-014464 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and PAUL R. PETERS A/K/A PAUL PETERS; MIGDALIA CARTAGENA; JANE DOE N/K/A REFUSED NAME are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 36 AND 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
